As far as i remember, when i’ve attented to HP DP trainings and IBM Tivioli Storage Manager trainings and i heard that HP is using TSM as backup solution in one of their Data Centers. Dunno if its true 🙂

Indeed HPE used Tivoli, but this was true for the Enterprise Service division as they had to support and use it for outsources customers. Since ES is no longer part of HPE, the statement is no longer true. HPE uses of course Data Protector to backup its data. I posted an article about that a year ago (https://www.data-protector.org/wordpress/2015/12/hpe-explaining-hpe-data-protector-storeonce/). Unfortunately the video is no longer available at Youtube.
