I still have a query about the user account need to be used for DP installation .
If I am using domain user account e.g dpadmin for installation. My question is where to setup the required properties for the user account dpadmin? 1) log on as service and 2) network access rights
Is it on the Cell Manager OR on the Domain Controller (since dpadmin is a domain account?)

you will do this on the Cell Manager, not on the Domain Controller.
